Paul Forrest Craig

Memphis Attorney, founding and executive member, and lifelong resident of Memphis, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1987 and graduated from New York Law School in New York, New York in 1994. Forrest brings nearly 20 years of lawyering experience to the firm and is licensed in Tennessee. He has been admitted to practice before the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and its affiliated Bankruptcy Court.

Daniel  Owen Lofton

Memphis Attorney, executive member, and lifelong resident of Memphis, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Memphis in 2004 and graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi in 2008.  Daniel is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Mississippi. He has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi as well as each affiliated federal Bankruptcy Court.
