In 2023, the firm obtained $375,000 through international litigation against a Chinese billboard manufacturer for their breach of contract in favor of Mississippi small business owner.
Atty. Daniel Lofton successfully litigated and obtained a favorable settlement of $140,000 for small business owner who was victim of accountant’s malpractice.

In 2023, the firm obtained $525,000 through litigation against an industrial plant for their failure to maintain a safe work environment in favor of an injured worker.

Bankruptcy
Atty. Daniel Lofton (Memphis Attorneys) assisted bankruptcy debtor with conversion from Chapter 13 to Chapter 11 proceedings which resulted in elimination of approximately $375,000 in secured mortgage claims. (In Re H., United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Tennessee, 2009)
The firm brought Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of small business owner which resulted in elimination of approximately $200,000 in improper business claims thereby allowing debtor to start new business.
